Me mudé recientemente a El Paso, Texas, y debo decir que la experiencia ha sido interesante. Como dietista, me preocupaba un poco adaptarme a una nueva ciudad y empezar de cero en mi profesión, pero El Paso ha sido bastante acogedor en ese aspecto. La comunidad es diversa y hay una rica mezcla de culturas, lo que se refleja en la variedad de alimentos disponibles. Esto es un punto a favor para alguien en mi campo, ya que me permite explorar diferentes tradiciones culinarias y adaptarlas a mis recomendaciones.
